MY STORY
As a recruiter for VC-backed startups, I saw the success behind the curtain. Big titles, big money, and people who felt disconnected from all of it. The pain of wanting my own big career success while doing meaningful work was overwhelming. So I hired a coach, mapped my exit, and launched my own business in 2010, aligning my work with my true calling.
Since then I've worked with hundreds of founders, CEOs and helping professionals, bridging wealth with purpose and purpose with a singular goal of helping each person uncover their unique blueprint for success. Many come to me at the same point: the business works, but the values have shifted and meaning has moved within the frame.
It’s a shift from “how do I build this” to “what am I building this for and why?”.
That clarity, focus and discernment invites a whole new way of relating.
My work has supported professionals across a broad range of industries and economic status, but my purpose is simple with each engagement: helping people break past their limits, amplify their strengths, clarify and create the most powerful version of themselves and their vision, on their terms.
Seeing someone go from overthinking to owning it, and taking full agency, authority and autonomy over their career and life? That's the magic.
The interest started early. I was obsessed with human potential from the time I could talk — observing the stories and absorbing the wisdom of everyone Oprah put on her platform. My middle school nickname was J-Oprah, because I couldn't get enough of hearing about people transforming their lives. By college, I'd talked my professor at Tufts into letting me write my senior thesis on the profession of coaching, in 2006.
That insatiable sense — that the right people, the right ideas, the right resources can transform anything, and that we hold the power to do this more than we often know — has driven me to relentlessly study, teach, and build a skills-based process for helping people own their lives: the Conscious Creation Process.
I lived the research before I taught it. Investment bank. Executive recruiter. I checked every business box there was to check — and then went and invested just as seriously in the spiritual and holistic side: therapists, coaches, mentors across every category, hunting for the power of enough while still holding bold ambition.

Today my home base is Costa Rica, where I prioritize nature, wellness, and community - while balancing time in Chicago, never missing my nieces' dance recitals, and working closely with top-of-industry professionals across the US. It's a colorful life: sunsets and surf, extraordinary founders who've scaled onto the Inc 5,000, and business restructures that saved the heart of someone.
For 15+ years, I've helped people with that same focus and fortitude go further than they thought possible — starting, scaling, and structuring businesses that made real impact, whether that meant reaching millions online or transforming a single local community. Hypergrowth founders. World travelers. Purpose-driven leaders using their platforms to move causes they believe in.
My passion is helping anyone find clarity, calm, ownership, and agency over how their career intersects with who they're becoming — making visions real, and staying grounded in principles that never let them defer meaning, presence, or joy in the process of any quest.

Hired my first coach to help me career transition to entrepreneurship
Graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2010

Started my Coaching business full-time in 2010
Moved to Portland to grow my business with the support of endless yoga and forest walks
Co-won a $65k trip around the world with a client - thank you Travelocity!
Became a Business Coach for the Institute of Integrative Nutrition
Now
Moved to Costa Rica 2021-2025 solo to learn surfing and spanish
Launched the online membership, The Founders Place, a global community of change makers
Purchased 1 acre of oceanview land with Costa Ricans to develop an international learning center (and home) with ECHO/Wondermore.org
